Then we move on to day two, quality controls are really important. We do this remotely and sometimes we come on site and do quality checks, but the important thing is that we make sure the system is set up the way we planned it and then we will look at the performance monitoring.
We watch all of our systems to make sure the output of the system matches what we sold you and then after we move forward, support and problem resolution are really important. We need to make sure that a problem on your website is fixed quickly and that you know what is going on.
