Job change in the fields of solar, storage, cleantech, utilities and financing of the energy transition.

Voltus, platform provider for distributed energy resources (DER), said so Jon Wellinghoff has joined as Chief Regulatory Officer. Wellinghoff was Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and was responsible, among other things, for the landmark FERC Orders 719, 745 and 755, which contributed to the DER integration. Wellinghoff joined SolarCity in 2016 as the first Chief Policy Officer. At Voltus, Wellinghoff will work to implement FERC regulation 2222 as well as in global markets to help other countries implement a market policy similar to that of the USA

Shoals Technologies Group said that Lori Sundberg, Toni Volpe, and You Daul will join its board of directors. Sundberg is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Western Digital Corp. and has more than 30 years of experience in developing and aligning HR strategy with business needs. She was previously Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Ethics at Arizona Public Service Co. Volpe is the CEO and board member of Falck Renewables, a renewable energy and infrastructure development, design, construction, and management company. Before that, he held managerial positions at Enel Green Power. Daul is the CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Primergy Solar, a developer, owner and operator of solar and energy storage projects on a distributed and utility scale. Previously, he was vice president of Canadian Solar's energy project development business in the Americas and president of the Recurrent Energy Group. He has also served on the boards of the Solar Energy Industries Association and the Wind Solar Alliance.

Longevity partners set Sarah Welton as US Business Growth Director for the East Coast. The Europe-based company recently entered the North American market and opened a US headquarters in Austin, Texas. Before joining the company, Welton worked for seven years at the International WELL Building Institute.

Portfolio-scale energy solutions company Redaptive has added three new members to its board of directors: Chris Hsu, Audrey Lee, Ph.D. and Paul Rainey. Hsu will serve as CEO and brings 30 years of strategic business management experience to Redaptive. Previously, he was COO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise and CEO of HPE Software-Micro Focus. He is currently the CEO and co-founder of Zibo. Lee is currently the Senior Director, Energy Strategy at Microsoft. She was previously founding vice president of energy services at Sunrun and held roles with the Energy Storage Association, Advanced Microgrid Solutions, the California Public Utilities Commission, and the US Department of Energy. Rainey held financial leadership positions at General Electric for 15 years, including CFO of GE Lighting Professional Solutions and the Power Equipment division. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations and Finance at Penske Media Corp.

Power Integrations said that Jennifer A. LloydPh.D. becomes a member of the company's Board of Directors. Lloyd held increasing technical and management roles at Analog Devices, a developer and manufacturer of integrated circuits for analog, mixed and digital signal processing. She is currently vice president for the company's Precision Technology and Platforms Group.

EV Connect was awarded the Gold Stevie for Innovation of the Year in the Energy Industry at the American Business Awards 2020 for its innovative software platform for managing charging stations for electric vehicles.

Founder and CEO of Technica Communications Lisa Ann Pinkerton was named a Gold Winner at Women in Business 2020 and the Professions World Awards for Entrepreneur of the Year in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations. Pinkerton has been recognized for advancing the career development of thousands of women in cleantech. She is also a finalist for Woman of the Year at the 2020 Cleanie Awards.

Kinder Morgan formed a new group of Energy Transition Ventures to identify, analyze, and track commercial opportunities arising from the low-carbon energy transition. The group is led by Jesse Arenivas, President of Energy Transition Ventures and CO2, and Anthony Ashley, Vice President of Energy Transition Ventures.
