India's WAAREE Energies Ltd has completed production of 300 MW solar modules for Aquamarine, a 250 MW solar photovoltaic project that is part of the first phase of Westlands Solar Park (WSP) in the San Joaquin Valley, California.

WAAREE has provided highly efficient 385Wp, 390Wp Mono PERC Solar PV modules for installation at WSP. Aquamarine is part of the first phase of the WSP, which should be fully operational by autumn 2021.

WSP is one of the largest licensed solar parks in the world with a capacity of more than 2,700 MW of renewable energy and a clean energy supply for more than 1,200,000 households. The solar arrays are installed on steel posts 8 to 10 feet above the ground with a maximum angle of inclination. The WAAREE solar modules supplied for this project are made of dark, non-reflective materials to reduce the potential for glare and glare.

“We are planning to strengthen our base in the USA by opening a local office in California shortly,” says Sunil Rathi, Director of Sales and Marketing at WAAREE Energies Ltd. “WAAREE's commitment to quality and customer service has made us the preferred partner for solar modules worldwide.
